Bernoulli's Principle Lab
In this lab activity, we tested different applications of Bernoulli's Principle: we observed how blowing air between two soda cans lying on their sides will cause them to attract, how blowing air through a paper tunnel causes the tunnel to collapse, how blowing air across the top of a sheet of paper held at the bottom of your lips causes the paper to lift, and etc. To me, these were very interesting applications because I did not expect the results to be the way they had been. After completing this lab, I have learned that application of Bernoulli's Principle explains some devices, such as perfume bottles, function.

Charging by Conduction / Induction Lab
In this lab, I learned how you can create a mini lightning bolt using a generator. First, you would need to charge up the generator. Next bring a metal rod that is not attached to ground close to the generator and then a lightning bolt will be emitted as the rod is close enough to the generator. toughing the generator would mean that you would transfer electrons into the generator, resulting in an electric shock. This lab also taught me how lightning rods can keep homes safe because lightning rods have a wire that connect them to ground, so, if a lightning bolt were to strike the lightning rod, then the shock would be directed towards the grounds, leaving the home undamaged and unaffected.
